When to go: May to September Difficulty: Moderate Travel advisory: Helmet and wrist guards are required for all skaters. Knee and elbow pads, available from the outfitter, are strongly recommended. High/low points: Taking advantage of the free samples at a Dutch brewery on days when it’s too rainy to skate.
