Elizabeth Sampey has been chasing adventure across the globe on skis, bikes, rocks, and foot for most of her life. She competes at the professional level in endurance mountain bike racing, and has recently moved into expedition riding and “mountain multisport” adventures. Combining her doctoral education in physical therapy and her love of movement, she created Vital Motion Coaching, where she works both virtually and in person with recreational, competitive, and lifestyle athletes in rehabilitation and performance training. Always in motion, she currently splits her time between her adopted home of Guatemala and her van in the US/Canada with her dog Cody Oats.
