Josie McKee is a professional athlete, climbing instructor and storyteller. Fascinated by the mental challenge of climbing since day 1 (over 20 years ago), she has learned/applied mindset tools on everything from Himalayan expeditions and bigwall speed records to her work on Yosemite Search and Rescue and day to day life. Between climbing trips, Josie shares her knowledge and experience through climbing courses and event presentations.
