Journalist Pam LeBlanc spent 21 years covering fitness and adventure at the Austin American-Statesman before going freelance in 2018. Today she writes about outdoor adventure and environmental issues for more than 30 publications, including Conde Nast Traveler, National Geographic Traveler, The Nature Conservancy Magazine, AAA Magazine, Texas Monthly, and Texas Parks and Wildlife Magazine.
