Investigators have identified a man believed responsible for a rash of cabin burglaries in southern Utah since 2007. Troy James Knapp, 44, has evaded police for five years while breaking into more than two dozen homes in the mountains near Zion National Park. Investigators are now monitoring phone calls between Knapp and his family in Moscow, Idaho. Knapp was convicted of burglary in California in 2000.
