One camper is dead and two are injured after a bear attacked last night at a campground five miles from Yellowstone National Park, Sky News reports.
Survivor Deb Freele said she was asleep in her tent when she got a strange feeling. She opened her eyes to find herself face to face with a bear. The bear attacked, biting her arm, only letting go when Freele played dead.
The attack came only days after TV personality and zookeeper, Jack Hanna, used pepper spray to prevent a grizzly bear attack in Montana's Glacier National Park.
In June, a a grizzly bear killed a 70-year old man seven miles east of Yellowstone National Park.
