Back from a three-year retirement, 34-year-old Lugbill needn’t have worried. His first run was acceptable, but his second made his old pals despise him: “He improved his time five seconds,” a coach noted. Officially, Lugbill, who took first, is undecided for next year’s Games in Atlanta. Of course, most take that to mean one thing: See you there.
