Jed Mildon and James Foster used a custom-built ramp for the attempt.
Jed Mildon has become the first person ever to land a quadruple backflip on a BMX bike, according to a video posted Sunday on YouTube. He and fellow Nitro Circus daredevil James Foster vied for the record, trading attempts back and forth on a custom-built ramp.
Mildon’s persistence is evident as he springs up from wipeout after wipeout, only to huck himself off the obscenely steep ramp for another attempt.
