We’ll admit it. We’re drooling over a Hyundai.
Go ahead and go off-grid.
Dubbed the Adventuremobile, this 2016 badass off-road Tucson, built by John Pangilinan, features a lift, gnarly Toyo Open Country A/T II tires, and an Aries bull bar, plus a souped-up powertrain for getting out of trouble. An included two-person Treeline Tamarack rooftop tent and several Goal Zero solar panels means you can take it off the grid for days at a time.
The bad news? The Adventuremobile is likely a one-off concept and won’t be widely available for purchase.
