This is our favorite soft shell for camping, hiking, and cruising around town on a bike. For one, it’s flexible: you can raise your arms without the jacket’s hem following. And the Gore Wind-stopper fabric is a welcome armor on windy ridges but isn’t too steamy for still-air hikes.
