Mission Workshop, maker of some of the world's finest cycling apparel, just released a knife. It's everything you'd expect from the San Francisco-based brand. The Unagi ($390), designed by storied knife builder Dave Rydbom, has a titanium frame and features a three-inch locking stainless steel blade. Only 200 will be produced, and each one is hand crafted in Mississippi, then tuned and sharpened by Rydbom himself.
