In August of 2014, Sam Cossman and George Kourounis ventured inside one of the world’s most dangerous and inaccessible volcanos, Marum Crater. Joined by volcanic exploration pioneers Geoff Mackely and Brad Ambrose, the team captured this incredible footage and became some of the only humans to stand inside of an active volcano.
