After the infamous fight between a group of Sherpas and Western climbers in 2013, director Jennifer Peedom (“Solo”) and a film crew set out to examine the relationship between high-altitude workers and their paying clients. The story took a tragic turn on April 18, 2014, when an avalanche in the Khumbu Icefall killed 16 Sherpas. This clip from the resulting feature documentary, SHERPA, looks at one man's role in the Everest climbing industry. Discovery Channel debuts SHERPA on Saturday, April 23 at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
