The Great Siberian Traverse is a feature film from Sherpas Cinema that documents a 6,000-mile journey through Russia with pro skiers Ingrid Backstrom, Callum Pettit, and Nick Martini. The Trans-Siberian Railway takes the team deep into Siberia, finally arriving at the indigenous village of Ust'-Anzas. There, they meet Vitaly, a local man who builds skis from timber and coarse animal hair. In this clip, the team gets a few runs in on Vitaly's skis.
