In the Atacama region of Chile, 42-year-old Max Stöckl set a new mountain bike speed record on a standard frame. He careened down the 45-degree slope and hit a top speed of 167.6 km/h, or 104 miles per hour. This comes from Stöckl's V-Max series with Red Bull. Congratulations to Max and the Red Bull team.
