Snowboarder Mikey Franco spent his formative years guiding and teaching clients in the sport. After a season-ending injury, he needed to find a new outlet and started shaping boards. He turned this hobby into a full-scale career and now runs Franco Snowshapes, which makes custom snowboards in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
