In our ongoing Weekly Escape series, we aim to transport you from your desk to an incredible place in 2 minutes or less. This week we go to Wolf Creek Ski Area with photographer Jason Hudson, who talked his way into spending the night in a lift house this past winter. When the lifts stopped, Hudson set up his cameras and intervalometers and slept in 45-minute shifts as the timelapses ran. Eventually, his equipment froze, forcing him to board down in the rising light—talk about first tracks! Follow Hudson on Facebook here and on Instagram here.
